Shipping policy

Our products are dispatched from our headquarters in Manchester, UK. Orders are typically shipped on Wednesdays and Fridays each week, unless expedited shipping is selected.

For customers in the UK, items are sent via Royal Mail First Class and usually arrive within 1-2 working days if express shipping is chosen.

Otherwise second class shilling will be used and items will usually arrive between 3-4 working days.

Delays due to Royal Mail are not the responsibility of Pretty Organised Desk. This is frustrating for all parties.
